4.Approved the county claims. (Motion carried 5-0)

5.Approved to enter into a closed session to discuss Employee Union Contract negotiations. (Motion carried 5-0)

6.Approved to end the closed session. (Motion carried 5-0)

7.Approved to adjourn the January 17, 2012 County Board Meeting. (Motion carried 5-0)
