Gymnastics: New Prague cruises past Wingers

New Prague cruised to a 144.35-119.05 victory over the Red Wing

gymnastics team Tuesday in New Prague.

The Trojans captured the top five spots in three events despite

season bests from the Wingers in the vault.

Irina Anderson and Molly Hart had season best scores in the vault

with Anderson scoring 8.9 to place fourth and Molly Hart scored 8.6.

Anderson finished third in all-around with a 30.5 and led the team

in the uneven bars with a 7.9.

Red Wing finished fifth Saturday at the Hudson Invite with a 118.225.

Anderson had the highest finish for the Wingers in the vault and

uneven bars with scores of 8.55 and 7.55, respectively. Hart led the team

in the balance beam with an 8.1 and in all around with a 30.50.

Red Wing holds its final regular season meet Friday against

Northfield in Red Wing.
