Notice of Township Election

To the voters in Welch Township: The annual meeting and township election will be held March 13, 2012 in the Welch Town Hall. The polls for the election will be open from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We will elect one Supervisor and the Clerk. There will be a ballot question on whether to allow Cannon River Inn to sell liquor on Sundays. Following the election will be the Board of Canvass and Annual Meeting. Absentee ballots may be obtained by appointment from the Clerk. In addition, the Clerk will hold office hours in his home from 10:00 AM -12:00 noon on March 10 for the purpose of absentee voting. In case of bad weather, the election and annual meeting will be held at the same times on March 20, 2012.
