The Goodhue County Solid Waste Management Plan is to established a program to encourage and improve regional and local solid waste management planning activities and efforts and to further the state policies and purposes expressed in section Minnesota Statute 115A.02

The Plan and associated documents are available for review at the Goodhue County Government Center Administration Office and online at www.co.goodhue.mn.us.
