State reports increase in adverse health events

The Minnesota Department of Health released information Thursday that said the number of reportable adverse health events in Minnesota increased from 305 in 2010 to 316 in 2011, but numbers didn’t increase in Goodhue County.

Fairview Red Wing Medical Center, Mayo Clinic Health System in Lake City and Mayo Clinic Health System in Cannon Falls had zero reports of adverse events in 2011.
