Lena Davis and Cliffton Allen announce their engagement.
He is the son of Ron and Sherry Allen of Red Wing. She is the daughter of James and Alicia Davis of Reno, Nev.
He graduated in 2005 from Red Wing High School and in 2009 from Citadel Military Academy, Charleston, S.C. He is employed at Border Patrol Agent in Presidio, Texas, and as a first lieutenant in the Texas Army National Guard.
She is an emergency medical technician for the Presidio Fire Department. She is also a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
A September wedding is planned in Charleston.
