PUBLIC NOTICE

The Goodhue County Planning Advisory Commission will meet on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.

Bradley Meints for a Conditional Use Permit on property located at: T109N, R16W, SW ¼, Section 21, Roscoe Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: a Conditional Use Permit - for the placement of a second farm permanent dwelling (house) in order for the Meints family to live on the existing 160 acre farm while elderly occupants of first home finish their life lease and afterward the first dwelling will be demolished and the Meints dwelling will become the single farm dwelling, in A-1 Zone District of Section 21, Roscoe Township.
