Goodhue Co. Land Mgmt- Various Amendment

Publication of Amended Ordinance

On December 20, 2011 the Goodhue County Board of Commissioners made the following amendments to the Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance:

Article 10, and Article 12 Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance: Proposed Amendment to the definition of Bluff in Article 10 and Article 12 of the Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance.

Article 2, Section 4 and 6 Subdivision 3; Article 5, Section 3; Article 10 Section 2 Subdvision 49 and 78 Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance- Proposed changes to the Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance are house-keeping in nature. Articles effected are Article 2, Section 4 and Section 6 Subdivision 3; Article 5, Section 3; and Article 10, Section 2, Subdivision 49.

Section 8 Goodhue County Subdivision Controls Ordinance: Update the requirements for a variance to reflect practical difficulties.
