Notice is hereby given that under and by virtue of a judgment entered in the above-entitled action on March 26,2010, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing sale of the property hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to the Plaintiff in the above action from Defendants Christopher Simonson and Jennifer Simonson, the Sheriff of Goodhue County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on February 8, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Sheriff’s Office, 430 West Sixth Street, Red Wing, MN, in said state and county, the premises and real estate described in said judgment, being in Goodhue County, Minnesota, to wit:

The Westerly 40 feet of Lot 4 and the Easterly 10 feet of Lot 5 in Block 6 of Sweney’s Addition to Red Wing, Goodhue County, Minnesota.
