DATE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the foreclosure sale scheduled for December 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Law Enforcement Center Lobby, 430 West Sixth Street, Red Wing, MN 55066, involving that certain Mortgage dated April 16, 2001 and executed by Phillip L. Hanson and Mary K. Hanson, as husband and wife (collectively, the “Mortgagor”), to Security State Bank of Kenyon (the “Mortgagee”), and filed for record on April 23, 2001, as Document Number 451174, in the Office of the County Recorder of Goodhue County, Minnesota on the following described property:
Lot 2, Block 3 SA Bullis Addition to the City of Kenyon according to the plat thereof and on record
has been postponed and rescheduled for January 18, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Law Enforcement Center Lobby, 430 West Sixth Street, Red Wing, MN 55066.
The time allowed by law for redemption by Mortgagor or Mortgagor’s personal representatives or assigns is 6 months after the date of sale. If the sheriff’s sale is not further postponed, the Mortgage is not reinstated under Minn. Stat. § 580.30, the property is not redeemed under Minn. Stat. § 580.23, or the redemption period is not reduced under Minn. Stat. § 582.032, the Mortgagor must vacate the property on or before 11:59 p.m. on July 18, 2012, or the next business day if July 18, 2012 falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
