The Goodhue County Planning Advisory Commission will meet on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.

Old Business:

James Simon(landowner) for a Preliminary and Final Plat on property located at: T112N, R18W, Part of N ½ of SW ¼ , Section 24, Stanton Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: a Preliminary and Final Plat on parcel number 41.024.2400 creating one (1) additional lot within R-1 Residential District in Section 24, Stanton Township.

New Business:

Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment Proposed changes to the Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance are house-keeping in nature. Articles effected are Article 2, Section 4 and Section 6 Subdivision 3; Article 5, Section 3; and Article 10, Section 2, Subdivision 49. There is also a proposed amendment to the Goodhue County Subdivision Controls Ordinance Section 8.

Carol Nassif For a Conditional Use Permit on property located at: T111N, R18W, Part of NW ¼, NW ¼, Section 16, Warsaw Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: a Conditional Use Permit to create and operate a personal use kennel housing 20 dogs for training and show on parcel 45.016.0401 in an A-1 Zone District in Section 16, Warsaw Township.Richard Elias For a Conditional Use Permit on property located at: T112, R18W, Part of NW ¼, SW ¼, Section 35, Stanton Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: a wetland replacement plan Conditional Use Permit as required by Article 32, Section 7 of the Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance. The wetland replacement plan is requested on parcel 41.035.2503 in the A-2 Zone District in Section 35, Stanton Township.
