River Falls teen dies in trench collapse
A 19-year-old River Falls man died Thursday afternoon when a trench collapsed on him.
A 19-year-old River Falls man died Thursday when a trench collapsed on him.
James Tilson of rural River Falls was pronounced dead at the scene of the trench collapse at a home in Gilman Township, according to the Pierce County Sheriff's Department.
The department was notified of the collapse around noon Thursday.
Spring Valley Fire Department and Ambulance Services assisted at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
