1.Approved the September 6, 2011 County Board Meeting Minutes as written. (Motion carried 5-0)

2.Approved the September 20, 2011 County Board Meeting Agenda. (Motion carried 5-0)

3.Approved the September 20, 2011 County Board Consent Agenda. (Motion carried 5-0)

4.Approved the Joint Powers Agreement with the Red Wing School District . (Motion carried 5-0)

5.Approved the State/County Collaboration Program. (Motion carried 5-0)

6.Approved to purchase the IBM Mainframe Replacement. (Motion carried 5-0)

7.Approved the City of Wanamingo Acquisition of Forfeited Land Application. (Motion carried 5-0)

8.Approved the Public Sale of Forfeited Property. (Motion carried 5-0)

9.Approved the ARMER Radio Site Development Contract. (Motion carried 5-0)

10.Approved to continue with the appeal process for wind. (Motion carried 3-2-0)

11.Approved to use funds from the Ordinance Enforcement Fund to pay for continued litigation on the Wind Project. (Motion carried 3-2-0)

12.Approved the county claims. (Motion carried 5-0)

13.Approved to adjourn the September 20, 2011 County Board Meeting. (Motion carried 5-0)
