The Lake City girls tennis team put an end to a five-match losing streak Tuesday with a 6-1 victory over Stewartville in Stewartville.
Amy Orthaus, Haley Webster and Josie Kuchinka all picked up wins for the Tigers in singles play. Katie Wallerich and Kort Nyberg won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles while Braeden McElmury and Allison Harvey won at No. 2 doubles. Emily Moechnig and Jaeda Engelstad also won at No. 3 doubles.
Lake City faces Cotter Thursday in Winona.
