Goodhue girls basketball team wins Pacesetter tournament
The Goodhue girls basketball team won the ninth-grade 2011 Pacesetter Great Four-State Championship on Sunday at the Target Center.
The Goodhue girls basketball team won the ninth-grade 2011 Pacesetter Great Four-State Championship on Sunday at the Target Center.
Teams competing in the girls division included Goodhue, Ellendale, N.D., Alcester-Hudson, S.D., Cascade, Iowa, Newell-Fonda Iowa,, Devils Lake, N.D., New London-Spicer, Minn., and Colman-Egan, S.D.
Goodhue claimed the championship with a 27-24 win over Newell-Fonda.
All teams that play in the Pacesetter playoffs must be from the same school or community.
