Keith Meyers pitched eight strong innings, allowing just four hits, but it wasn’t enough as the Bears lost in Dundas.

The Dukes scored a run in the fourth and sixth innings and the Bears were charged with an error in both frames Sunday. Cannon Falls finished with four errors.

Cannon Falls had twice as many hits as the home team Sunday, but it plated just one run, which came in the sixth. The Bears left seven runners on base and committed four errors.

Meyers, Brandon Voth and Cory Hedeen each registered two hits for the Bears.

Matt Neuger earned the win by allowing one run over 7 1/3 innings. Charlie Ruud pitched the final 1 2/3 innings to pick up the save.
