UPDATED: Wisconsin sports: Softball, baseball playoff brackets revealed

The Pepin softball team received a No. 1 seed and a first-round bye in the Division 4 regional tournament.

The Pepin softball team received a No. 1 seed and a first-round bye in the Division 4 regional tournament. The Lakers will play host to either No. 4 Independence/Gilmanton or No. 5 Alma at 5 p.m. May 31.

In the Division 2 regional softball tournament, Ellsworth was awarded a No. 2 seed and will play host to No. 7 Amery on May 26. Osceola, the No. 3 seed, is the likely opponent in the second round.

The Ellsworth baseball team received a No. 3 seed in the Division 2 regional tournament and will play host to No. 6 Baldwin-Woodville at 1 p.m. May 27. The game will be played in Hager City. If the Panthers win they would play at No. 2 Somerset on May 31.

Pepin earned a No. 4 seed in the Division 4 regional baseball tournament and will play host to No. 5 Plum City at 5 p.m. May 26. The winner will play at No. 1 McDonell Central on May 31.
