The Red Wing girls 12U hockey team advanced to the state tournament in Grand Rapids. It's the third consecutive year the team advanced to state.
The Red Wing girls 12U hockey team advanced to the state tournament in Grand Rapids. It's the third consecutive year the team advanced to state. Red Wing won the District 9 championship by defeating Fairmont, Albert Lea and Mankato. Red Wing won the region tournament by beating Lakeville Black 5-3, Edina Black 4-1 and Edina White 3-2. The state tournament begins Friday. Red Wing will play Moose Lake.
