School menus for March 7-11

Here's what local schools are serving:

Red Wing

March 7-11

Monday: pancakes with syrup, peaches or fruit juice. Lunch: chicken drumstick or ham and cheese wrap, au gratin potatoes, steamed broccoli, apple crisp.

Tuesday: cereal, wheat toast, pear slices or fruit juice. Lunch: walking taco or chicken chili crispito, black beans, lettuce, tomato, blueberries.

Wednesday: wheat toast, melted cheese, fresh fruit or fruit juice. Lunch: pizza boat, grilled cheese, fresh vegetable medley, country blend vegetables, fresh fruit.

Thursday: cereal, toast, pineapple tidbits or fruit juice. Lunch: Italian dunker or cheeseburger, green beans, toasted mozzarella bread, juice bar.

Friday: yogurt, wheat toast, fresh fruit or fruit juice. Lunch: chicken strips or chef salad, peas, leafy green salad, fresh fruit.

Twin Bluff Middle School

Monday: chicken drumstick or ham and cheese wrap, au gratin potatoes, steamed broccoli, apple crisp, fruit juice or fresh fruit.

Tuesday: walking taco or chicken chili crispito, black beans, lettuce, tomato, blueberries, fruit juice, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: pizza boat, fish burger, fresh vegetable medley, country blend vegetables, mixed fruit, fruit juice, fruit.

Thursday : Italian dunker or cheeseburger, green beans, toasted mozzarella bread, melon balls, juice bar, fruit juice, fresh fruit.

Friday: chicken strips or grilled cheese, peas, leafy green salad, juice bar, fruit juice, fruit.

Red Wing High School

Monday: popcorn chicken bowl, pizza pocket, ham and cheese on sub bun, beef nachos.

Tuesday: chili with beans or school made pizza, smoked turkey wrap or orange chicken bowl.

Wednesday: cheesy French bread, chicken noodle soup, spicy chicken burger, turkey and cheese on sub bun or chicken teriyaki bowl.

Thursday: roast turkey with gravy, sesame chicken, turkey and ham on bagel, beef or refried beans taco bar.

Friday: grilled chicken bowl, fish taco, submarine sandwich, whole grain spaghetti and rotini pasta, meatballs and sauce.

St. Joseph

March 7-11

Monday: chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, Mandarin oranges.

Tuesday: ham patty with cheese, broccoli, pineapple.

Wednesday: pizza dunkers with sauce, carrots and dip, pears.

Thursday: chili cheese Fritos, corn, corn bread, cupcake.

Friday: fish nuggets, tator tots, banana.

Ellsworth

March 4-11

Monday: hot dog or Italian dunkers, French fries, green beans, fruit.

Tuesday: grilled cheese sandwich or California burger on bun, potato salad, veggies and dip, chocolate cake with whipped topping, fruit.

Wednesday: tator tot hotdish or potato bar MS/HS, sweet peas, lettuce salad, bread sticks. Elementary: turkey sandwich.

Thursday: cheesy omelet, sausage links, hashbrown patties, muffins, fruit juice, fruit.

Friday: cheesy pizza, nachos with cheese, sliced carrots, lettuce salad, fruit.

Goodhue

March 4-7-11

Monday: barbecue pork or hot turkey slice on bun, green beans, veggies and dip, sherbet cup.

Tuesday: taco salad, shredded cheese and nacho chips, black beans, pineapple.

Wednesday: cheese pizza, peas and carrots, Mandarin oranges or fruit mix.

Thursday: hamburger rice hot dish or salad bar, pear slices, apple slices, yogurt.

Friday: grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, crackers, peach slices, cherry juice bar.
