"They jumped on us right away and to our credit, our girls didn't flinch at all," Pepin-Alma coach Larry Grisen said after his team picked up a road win Thursday.

"We went into a hostile environment and were fortunate to come out with a win," he added.

It was senior night and Grisen noted that the atmosphere was energetic.

Sophia Reidt scored 10 of her team-high 14 points in the second half. Tasha Heit added nine points for P-A, which plays its final Small Dairyland Conference game Monday at Cochrane-Fountain City.

The Eagles are 13-5 overall and 9-3 in conference play.
