School menus for Jan. 31-Feb. 4

Here's what area schools are serving for breakfast and lunch.

Red Wing

Jan. 31-Feb. 4

Monday: cereal, toast, Mandarin oranges or fruit juice. Lunch: macaroni and cheese or fish burger, mixed vegetables, leafy green salad, peach slices.

Tuesday: scrambled egg, baking powder biscuit, tropical fruit or fruit juice. Lunch: beef nachos or Uncrustable, baked chips and salsa, fruit juice, strawberry and yogurt parfait.

Wednesday: cereal bar, string cheese, fresh fruit or fruit juice. Lunch: pulled pork on bun or grilled ham and cheese, leafy green salad, baked waffle potatoes, fresh fruit.

Thursday: blueberry muffin square, cheese slice, applesauce or fruit juice. Lunch: stuffed crust pizza with sauce or turkey sandwich, fresh vegetables, steamed carrots, pear slices.

Friday: cereal, wheat toast, fresh fruit, fruit juice. Lunch: tator tot casserole or chicken burger, candied sweet potatoes, muffin top, fresh fruit.

Twin Bluff Middle School

Monday: macaroni and cheese or fish burger, mixed vegetables, leafy green salad, peach slices, fruit juice, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: beef nachos or Uncrustable, baked chips and salsa, rice pilaf, strawberry and yogurt parfait, fruit juice, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Lunch: pulled pork on bun or grilled ham and cheese, leafy green salad, baked waffle potatoes, tropical fruit, fruit juice, fresh fruit.

Thursday : stuffed crust pizza with sauce or turkey sandwich, fresh vegetables, steamed carrots, pear slices, fruit juice, fresh fruit.

Friday: tator tot casserole or chicken burger, candied sweet potatoes, muffin top, blackberries, fruit juice, fresh fruit.

Red Wing High School

Monday: popcorn chicken bowl, pizza pocket, ham and cheese on sub bun, pork Carnita burrito.

Tuesday: chili with beans or chicken snack wrap, smoked turkey wrap or orange chicken bowl.

Wednesday: cheesy French bread, chicken noodle soup, sloppy joe, turkey and cheese on sub bun or chicken teriyaki bowl.

Thursday: roast turkey with gravy, chicken or cheeseburger sliders, turkey and ham on bagel or beef taco bar.

Friday: grilled chicken bowl, beef enchilada, submarine sandwich, whole grain spaghetti and rotini pasta, meatballs and sauce.

St. Joseph

Jan. 31-Feb. 4

Monday: pizza, California medley, apple slices.

Tuesday: hot dog, tator tots, grapes.

Wednesday: sloppy joes, peas, peaches.

Thursday: baked chicken, dressing, gravy, corn, Mandarin oranges.

Friday: ham and turkey hoagie, tomato, cheese, chips, grapes, brownie with frosting.

Ellsworth

Jan. 31-Feb. 4

Monday: mini corn dogs or taco wrap, cheesy hash browns, green beans, brownies, fruit.

Tuesday: hot dog or barbecue on bun, waffle fries, veggies and dip, fruit.

Wednesday: rotini hotdish or salad bar middle/high schools, Smile potatoes, sliced carrots, bread sticks, fruit. Elementary: peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Thursday: cheesy omelets, sausage links, hash brown pattie, cinnamon streusel coffeecake, juice cup, fruit.

Friday: mozzarella dippers with marinara sauce, broccoli with cheese, lettuce salad, fruit.

Goodhue

Monday: chicken fajita, lettuce, cheese, salsa, green beans, pear slices.

Tuesday: macho nachos, corn, pineapple or peach slices.

Wednesday: popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes, applesauce or tropical fruit mix.

Thursday: long hot dog or salad bar, three bean casserole, pear slices, Scooby Doo snack cracker.

Friday: meatball sub, marinara sauce, shredded cheese, veggie blend, apple slices.
