Monday: beef stroganoff with noodles, mixed vegetables, peach cottage cheese, frozen vanilla yogurt.
Tuesday: New England boiled dinner, seven-layer salad, homemade dinner roll, blushing pears.
Wednesday: Salisbury steak, garlic cauliflower, seasoned peas, pumpkin square.
Thursday: roast beef, mashed potatoes, cooked cabbage, baked apple.
Friday: Hawaiian chicken, confetti rice, asparagus, citrus fruit cup, chocolate yum yum.
Saturday: cream of cauliflower soup, crackers, chicken salad sandwich, kidney bean salad, chocolate cherry cake.
Sunday: baked chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, parslied carrots, bread pudding.
