Letter: Egan is the man for mayor’s job

To the Editor:
I am voting for Dennis Egan to be the next mayor of Red Wing and I am encouraging my friends and colleagues to vote likewise.
I came to know Dennis when he co-chaired the Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Panel on Economic Development last year. Dennis did a terrific job of soliciting input, organizing the project structure and keeping the dialogue civil, yet direct. He understands the importance of a strong economic base and he isn’t afraid to be blunt.
