Hamilton-Redman

Emily Hamilton and Sam Redman were married July 31, 2010, in Red Wing with Jon Larson officiating. She is the daughter of Robin Timmons and Len Hamilton of Gillette, N.J. He is the son of Cindy and Jim Redman of Red Wing.

Maid of honor was Erika Nedderman of Seattle, Wash., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Laura Conger of New York, N.Y., Jen Dorenbosch of Astoria, N.Y., Sarah Kelly of North Brunswick, N.J., Elisa Redman of Minneapolis, sister of the groom. Flowergirls were Claire and Evelyn Nedderman of Seattle, Wash., nieces of the bride.

Best man was Nick Place of St. Paul. Groomsmen were Logan Jacobs of Buffalo Grove, Ill., Kyle Niehues of St. Paul, Matt Nordine of Northfield, Minn., Kevin Sjodin of Minneapolis.

She graduated from Drew University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree and U.C. Berkeley in 2008 with her master’s degree. She is a U.C. Berkeley Ph.D. candidate.

He graduated from the University of Minnesota-Morris in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree and U.C. Berkeley in 2008 with a master’s degree. He is a U.C. Berkeley Ph.D. candidate and works as an academic specialist in the regional oral history office in Berkeley, Calif.
