To the Editor:
Red Wing will keep on profiting from Dean Hove's leadership on city monetary policy. Hove's frugal approach to spending and low taxes have fostered the creation of many new jobs.
As a small-business owner, Hove has created jobs, met a payroll, balanced a budget and dealt with the daunting bureaucracy entrepreneurs face. We need to keep people in decision-making positions with the business acumen to attract new investment and keep Red Wing growing.
