The Blue Devils easily handled Independence at home Tuesday 25-21, 25-10, 25-14 in their opening match of regionals.
Bri Sigler had another big night for Plum City. She recorded team-highs in aces (seven) and digs (10) while tallying four kills. Jordyn Mark led Plum City in kills with seven while Marah Boyer also added four.
Morgan Sweeney amassed 12 assists for the Blue Devils, who play at No. 2 Cochrane-Fountain City in the second round of the Division 4 regional tournament Friday.
