Monday: onion smothered beef steak, oven browned potatoes, spinach and vinegar, peach and grated cheese, tapioca pudding.
Tuesday: chicken pot pie, fruited coleslaw, orange slice, banana cake, dinner roll.
Wednesday: beef steak, sweet potatoes, green beans/mushrooms, dinner roll, birthday cake.
Thursday: Easter dinner: hot turkey sandwich on bread with gravy, mashed potatoes, Harvard or lemon beets, apricots, lemon pie.
Friday: baked fish, roadside potatoes, California blend vegetables, mixed fruit cup, cookie.
Saturday: cream of cauliflower soup, egg salad on bread, kidney bean salad, frosted cake.
Sunday: Swiss steak, baked potato, succotash, lemon bar.
