Monday: chicken breast with sauce, red beans and rice, citrus fruit salad, pudding.
Tuesday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, squash, pears in caramel sauce.
Wednesday:kielbasa, (Alt) fish pattie, macaroni and cheese, green beans, cucumber salad, birthday cake.
Thursday:cream of broccoli soup, crackers, chicken salad sandwich, peach and cottage cheese, blueberry dessert.
Friday: salmon loaf, parslied buttered potatoes, creamed peas, banana.
