Dance: Bombers take second at State in high kick

After a disappointing seventh-place finish at the Class A state dance tournament on Friday in the jazz competition, Cannon Falls turned in a much better performance Saturday in the high kick competition.
The Bomber Dance Team took second place at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
“Our kids did they best they could do,” Cannon Falls coach Carrie Williams said. “I (am) very proud of their performance.”
Aitkin finished in first place while Lake City came in sixth.
