This is very good news for Red Wing.
Everyone remembers a few years ago when the city lost several large manufacturing businesses. The effects were numerous and long-lasting.
While the details of the proposed expansion are not known, anytime a major employer — Norwood employs more than 500 people in town — looks to invest in our city, it is something to make you smile, especially in this economy.
