Kiwanis and Goodhue County 4-H held their annual banquet in October at First United Methodist Church of Red Wing.

Kiwanis and Goodhue County 4-H held their annual banquet in October at First United Methodist Church of Red Wing.

Presented by the Red Wing Noontime Kiwanis, the annual banquet honored Goodhue County 4-H.

Jared Pettit, 2008-09 Goodhue County 4-H Council president and member of the Golden Gophers 4-H Club, was the youth speaker. The guest speaker for the evening was Jan McNallan, a longtime 4-H volunteer and winner of the National 4-H Volunteer Award. Greg Roe, president of the Red Wing Noontime Kiwanis, gave the Kiwanis Remarks and presented the 2009 4-H Club of the year award to the Cloverdale 4-H Club.
