Snow emergency declared
Red Wing city officials have issued a snow emergency effective from 12:01 a.m. to noon Wednesday.

Vehicles must be off snow emergency routes between these times. Vehicles parked on designated streets will be towed. This includes vehicles re-parked on plowed streets during the declared snow emergency.
Parking is allowed from 12:01 a.m. to noon Wednesday on all other streets designated non-snow emergency unless otherwise indicated.
The snow emergency for those non-emergency streets will be from 12:01 a.m. to noon Thursday.
