Publication of Amended Ordinance

On November 3rd, 2009 the Goodhue County Board of Commissioners made the following amendments to the Goodhue County Aggregate Material Removal Production Tax Ordinance:

Aggregate Tax: Ordinance Text Amendment/Aggregate Tax Rate Amendment/Aggregate Tax Allocation Amendment. Amend Section 1.00, Section 2.00, Section 3.00, Section 4.00, Section 5.00, Section 6.00 and Section 7.00 to incorporate amendments to our Aggregate Material Removal Production Tax Ordinance so that it meets the statues set by the Minnesota State Legislature, effective January 1, 2010.
