C. Description of Property:

That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of section 28, Township 113 North, Range 16 West, Goodhue County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at old corner fence post at the southeast corner of the northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of the northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of section twenty eight (28) in township one hundred thirteen (113) north, of range sixteen (16) west; thence north' 350 feet; thence west along south line of Welch Creamery Associations land 160 feet to an iron monument on westerly line of highway; thence north 25 degrees 20 minutes east 20 feet to an iron monument for Place of Beginning of tract here deeded and which said place of beginning is 26 6/10 feet southwesterly from the southeast corner of main Creamery building; thence continue north 25 degrees 20 minutes east along the westerly line of highway 168 feet to an iron monument and which said iron monument is 33 6/10 feet northeasterly of northeast corner of main creamery building; thence north 73 degrees west 80 1/2 feet; thence south 58 3/4 degrees west 70 feet; thence south 21 degrees west 51 feet; thence south 21 1/2 degrees east 80 feet; thence south 70 degrees east 57 feet to iron monument at place of beginning of land here deeded.

You are hereby summoned and required to answer the application of the applicant in the above entitled proceeding and to file your answer to the said application in the office of the Court Administrator, in said county, within twenty (20) days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and, if you fail to answer the said application within the time aforesaid, the applicant in this proceeding will apply to the court for the relief demanded therein.
