A rural Kenyon man was airlifted Monday after falling out of his tree stand.
Goodhue County sheriff's deputies were called to Russell Pavlak's property in Holden Township. Pavlak called to report he had fallen out of the stand shortly after 5 p.m. A sheriff's spokeswoman said the fall was 16 to 17 feet. Kenyon police, fire and ambulance personnel responded.
