Oak Street closed because of fallen power line

A power line has fallen on Oak Street, closing the road down.
A tree limb snapped Friday sometime after 2 p.m. ripping down the power line, snapping a pole, all while falling on a semi-trailer that was headed west.
Red Wing Police were at the scene and Xcel Energy crews were expected to arrive shortly. The truck driver was not injured.
