Wedding: Smith-Westberg

Michelle Smith and Brad Westberg were married Aug. 29, 2009, at English Lutheran Church, Ellsworth, with the Rev. Harlen Menk officiating.

She is the daughter of Charlotte and Doug Neff of Red Wing and the late William K. Smith. He is the son of Larry and Kathy Westberg of Pepin.

Maid of honor was Tina Huppert of Ellsworth. Bridesmaids were Michele Carlson of Ellsworth; Mel Westberg of Wausau, Wis., sister of the groom; Tricia Charbonneau of Prior Lake, Minn.; and Jenni Wagner of Red Wing.

Best man was Matt Peterson of Ellsworth. Groomsmen were Chris Carlson of Ellsworth, Chad Kosok of Pepin, Troy Moline of Pepin, and

Matt Haglund of Plum City.

Ushers were Derek Westberg of Pepin, brother of the groom, and Jeff and David Smith of Red Wing, brothers of the bride.

She graduated in 1990 from Red Wing Central High School and works in marketing at Treasure Island Resort & Casino.

He attended Red Wing Technical College after graduating in 1992 from Pepin High School and works as a carpenter for Dale Banitt Construction.

They live in Ellsworth.
