The 2009 seasonal flu and pneumonia vaccine will be offered from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Oct. 20 at the apartment complex, 521 Maple St.
All PHS clinics are open to the public. There is a charge. Adult flu injection and nasal spray cost $25; children flu injection is $14; family maximum is $55. Cost of a pneumonia vaccine is $45. Medicare and Medical Assistance may cover the cost for adults; insurance information must be presented at time of registration.

The clinics are subject to change based on availability of flu vaccine.
Fairview Red Wing Medical Center exhausted its initial supply of the vaccine, so it will not be offering vaccinations until later in the fall.
Clinics that were scheduled Sept. 28-Oct. 1 and Oct. 12 in Red Wing, Zumbrota and Ellsworth have been postponed.
