Covenant wins fourth straight Church Softball League crown
Covenant defeated New River 16-6 Tuesday to win the Upper Division championship of the Red Wing Church Softball League
Covenant defeated New River 16-6 Tuesday to win the Upper Division championship of the Red Wing Church Softball League. The game ended because of the 10-run rule in the bottom of the fifth inning when Andy Kimball scored on a sacrifice fly by Kevin Frazier.
It’s the fourth straight title for Covenant and the fifth time it has won the championship in nine years.
