LAND TITLE SUMMONS IN APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF LAND
In the Matter of the Application of GARY A. FRIDELL and KIRSTEN I. FRIDELL and GLORIA A. BIXBY to Register the Title to Certain Real Estate situated in Goodhue County, Minnesota, namely:
Lot seven (7) and the Northerly one-half (Nly 1/2) of Lot six (6) in Block eight (8) of Pleasant View Rearrangement of Lots one (I) and sixteen (16) of Auditor’s Subdivision of Block five (5) of Freeborn & Co ‘s. Addition to Red Wing.
AND
Part of Lot one (1) of Block five (5), Freeborn & Co’s. Addition to Red Wing, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said Lot one (1) south 46 degrees 15 minutes west 237 feet from the easterly corner of said Lot one (1) on East Avenue; running thence in the same direction as above to a point 2 chains southerly from intersection with section line dividing sections 29 and 32, said point being easterly corner of land formerly owned by Oilman Smith; thence north 78 degrees west 377 feet, more or less to easterly line of land heretofore conveyed by W. A. Webster and wife to Albert Johnson and O.D. Anderson; thence north 49 degrees 15 minutes east along said Johnson and Anderson’s easterly line 110 feet, more of less to easterly corner of said land; thence north 75 degrees west 8 1/2 feet to right of way; thence north 49 degrees 15 minutes east 127 1/2 feet; thence north 48 1/2 degrees west 15 feet to southerly corner of land conveyed to R. Berg; thence north 49 degrees 15 minutes east 151 feet; thence south 48 1/2 degrees east 150 feet, more or less, to northwesterly corner line of land conveyed by Webster to G. Lindgren; thence south 41 1/2 degrees west 35 feet to westerly corner of said Lindgren’s land; thence south 48 1/2 degrees east to point of beginning.
EXCEPT that part of land described as follows:
Part of Lot four (4), of Auditor’s Subdivision of Block five (5), Freeborn and Co’s. Addition to Red Wing, according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows:
Commencing at the most northeasterly corner of said Lot 4; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of East Avenue, as now located and established, a distance of 55.00 feet; thence southwesterly, perpendicular to said southwesterly line of East Avenue, a distance of 142.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence southeasterly, parallel with said southwesterly line of East Avenue, a distance of 55.32 feet to the southeasterly line of said Lot 4; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 4 and its southwesterly extension, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence northwesterly, parallel with said southwesterly line of East Avenue, a distance of 89.85 feet to the intersection with a line parallel with and distant 120.00 feet southeasterly of the southeasterly line of Tenth Street, as now located and established, said 120.00 feet being measured along a line parallel with said southwesterly line of East Avenue; thence northeasterly parallel with said southeasterly line of Tenth Street, a distance of 89.95 feet to the intersection with a line parallel with and distant 154.00 feet southwesterly of said southwesterly line of East Avenue, said 154.00 feet being measured along a line parallel with said southeasterly line of Tenth street; thence southeasterly parallel with said southwesterly line of East Avenue, a distance of 22.96 feet to the intersection with a line nmning southwesterly from the point of beginning, said line being perpendicular to said southwesterly line of East Avenue; thence northeasterly along said perpendicular line, a distance of 10.77 feet to the point of beginning.
AND
Lots 28 and 29 of Auditor’s Subdivision of Lots I to 12 and 24 to 28 of Smith’s Addition to Red Wing.

and all the heirs and devisees of the above-named persons who are deceased; and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate described in the Application or amendments herein.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Application of the Applicants in the above-entitled proceeding and to file your answer to the said Application in the Office of the Goodhue County District Court Administrator within 20 days after service of this Summons upon you exclusive of the day of service, and if you fail to Answer the Application within the time aforesaid, the Applicants in this proceeding will apply to the Court for the relief demanded therein.
