PLUM CITY — The Skeeters prevailed in a back-and-forth game that featured four lead changes and two ties as part of the WBA Tourney Tune-Up event.
Tyler Regnier earned the win Saturday. He allowed three runs (two earned) on three hits in four innings of work. Regnier struck out five and walked three.
Henry Jaeger, who pitched the final three innings to earn the save, finished with four hits. Teammate Taylor Johnson went 2-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI.
Tony Schultz allowed four runs (three earned) in five innings and suffered the loss. Joe Nance went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBI for the Bombers.
