John and Maureen Hopkins of Red Wing announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah Hopkins of Inver Grove Heights, Minn., to Andrew Qualy of Shakopee, Minn. He is the son of Stephen Qualy of Shakopee.

John and Maureen Hopkins of Red Wing announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah Hopkins of Inver Grove Heights, Minn., to Andrew Qualy of Shakopee, Minn. He is the son of Stephen Qualy of Shakopee.
She graduated in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in marketing and accounting from Winona (Minn.) State University and works for the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
He served with the Minnesota National Guard until December 2008, including a tour of Iraq where he was wounded. He is a student at Minneapolis Community Technical College, majoring in psychology.
An August wedding in Wisconsin is planned.
