Victoria Jene Ellis, a girl, was born Monday July 6 to Kendra and Buddy Ellis of Red Wing at Lake City Medical Center. Grandparents are Mike and Kelly Hamilton of Frontenac and Randy and Lori Ellis of Red Wing.
