Klobuchar dodges key questions

To the Editor:
I am very disappointed and upset with Washington and Sen. Amy Klobuchar. I have requested five times since January via e-mail/letter to our U.S. senator how will we pay for the entire stimulus, TARP and bailouts she voted for. Each response I receive avoids the question entirely.
Apparently Klobuchar’s Web site, which outlines ethics, transparency and fiscal responsibility, is not adhered to - which is similar to other elected officials we have in Congress from both parties.
It is time to think seriously about replacing many of our politicians. It is also time for the American people watching TV newscasts to figure out the political bias that ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and CNN put forth and compare that bias to other TV networks and radio talk shows. Other networks and radio talk programs thoroughly point out views which are more truthful about our politicians.
It is time for change in Washington, and I strongly suggest everyone determine the truth of news reports about our elected officials. The excessive political garbage, bills not read before passage, and continued outlandish spending going on with our elected officials must stop.
If you don’t let your elected officials know your views or vote them out, you can only blame yourself for all the continued political garbage, corruption and excessive spending going on in Washington. This would apply to our elected Minnesota officials at the state level too.
Do not do a disservice to yourself by not getting involved. Get fully involved. You decide.
