Q.What's the status of the Goodhue County Water Management Plan?
A.The Goodhue County Soil and Water Conservation District as well as county officials must update the plan every five years. They are in the process of gathering public input.
One way people can participate at this stage is to complete a short online survey. Access it at www.co.goodhue.mn.us or www.goodhueswcd.org and click on Officials will compile survey results with other public input received over the past few months. Suggestions will help shape policies designed to protect water and improve its quality.
