Library won't reduce hours
On the June 16 5 p.m. WCCO television newscast it was reported that hours "will be reduced" at the Red Wing Public Library as a result of Governor Pawlenty's reduction of Local Government Aid to the city of Red Wing. This report was erroneous.By: James Lund, Red Wing, The Republican Eagle

On the June 16 5 p.m. WCCO television newscast it was reported that hours "will be reduced" at the Red Wing Public Library as a result of Governor Pawlenty's reduction of Local Government Aid to the city of Red Wing. This report was erroneous.
There is no plan to reduce library hours.
The staff and trustees of the Red Wing Public Library wish to thank you for your continued support of library services.
