Man injured in motorcycle crash

A Rochester man was injured Sunday when he crashed his motorcycle along Highway 52 in Goodhue County.
Thomas Maier, 62, suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries and was taken to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Maier was traveling northbound when he lost control of the motorcycle and crashed, according to authorities.
He was wearing a helmet and alcohol was not involved, the State Patrol said.
The crash happened around 5:30 p.m.
