Exhibit opens Saturday

The Red Wing Photography Club began in January 2008 with a simple conversation between Jeff Markus and Mary Ouret regarding their shared love of photography.

In the year since, the club has sponsored several educational programs, photographic outings, a contest for the new KCUE/KWNG offices and a Holiday Stroll fundraiser for the Friends of the Sheldon.

The club will open its first members' show today. This is a non-juried, non-themed, non-competitive, not-for-sale exhibit. The objective is for members to share their favorite images. Members can exhibit up to three photos each. The public exhibit will open at 2 p.m. with music and refreshments.
