Stockholm poet John Graber will read his poetry tonight
John Graber, a nationally recognized poet from Stockholm, Wis., will visit Red Wing for an evening of poetry and conversation at 7 p.m. today at the Best of Times Bookstore. The event is free.

Graber holds degrees from St. Olaf College and the Iowa Writers Workshop that were financed by physical labor. Graber’s poetry has a distinctly blue-collar tinge. He verbally paints his life over four decades in “Thanksgiving Dawn.”
Graber is locally known not only for his poetry readings but also for workshops he conducts around the area.
