According to Red Wing police, more than $15,000 in damage was sustained at the 1708 W. Third St. location. Thirteen two- by- four-foot thermal pane windows were found broken. It appeared someone threw rocks and wooden blocks at the windows. No suspects have been identified in the ongoing investigation
